Digital Transformation Manager
Role: Full Time Permanently Employed
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

We are seeking a forward-thinking and highly motivated Digital Transformation Manager to lead the change by integrating cutting-edge digital solutions across all our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise the existing CRM systems and champion the integration of new features
- Evaluate current processes and workflows to identify areas where digital solutions can be explored and implemented to improve productivity, automate tasks and streamline the business.
- Implement and align strategies to increase productivity, sustainability, safety and quality through effective digital transformation
- Work closely with various departments, including IT and operations to understand their needs and provide digital solutions
- Continuously monitor the performance of digital initiatives and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.
- Contribute strategically to the broader business vision.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to oversee and deliver initiatives.
- Operate with independence, agility, and the ability to implement ideas effectively.
- Support the implementation of our digital training and deliver operational end-user training.
- Drive a data informed approach enabling a transition to more data based performance
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Hubspot and Big Change CRM systems, including customisation and optimisation.
- A practical understanding of Power BI.
- Extensive experience with IT strategy development and implementation.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools
- Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- You will have a high problem solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills, to provide information confidently and enable the end-user to understand complex data analysis.
